Business 2.0 Taunts Apple Legal With Product Speculation
Just in case you thought Sony and the PSP was going to rule the week, Business 2.0 magazine has five imaginary Apple products, as envisioned by Pentagram, the product design company that was founded by Bob Brunner, who designed the PowerBook. Business 2.0 apparently looked at recent Apple patent applications and job postings to come up with what they predict is the latest gear from the gang in Cupertino.
Images include:
WIRELESS iPOD,
vPOD (A digital image/iPod combo would feature a camera for still photos and video and would wirelessly sync with iPhoto, iMovie, and iTunes)
iHOME (Wi-Fi-based home network and media server would be the ultimate digital appliance, managing everything from music and photos to TV recording and office tasks)
iPHONE (A simplified wireless phone married to an iPod would feature Apple's signature scroll wheel for navigation and a slide-out keypad)
