The map for Washington DC contains a pixellated section that covers the
US Capitol Building, the Russell and Hart Senate Office Buildings, and
the Rayburn and Cannon House Office Buildings.

Everything immediately surrounding those buildings on the DC map is as
sharp as a tack. Even the White House, the Supreme Court, and by God,
the Pentagon.

But not the US Capitol complex:
