[The Office, Microsoft, Ricky Gervais]

I guess there has been some rather strident complaints from both Microsoft and Mr Gervais over the leak of these video (which at this writing are still up over at Google). From what I gather Microsoft (UK?) paid a great deal to make these, including an absolute promise that it was kept inside Microsoft.

Some have blogged that the original video itself was only on tape (to prevent easy duplication, I assume) and was kept under careful lockand key. Let's hope that if the leak is traced it will not cost someone their job. Then again, I am sure Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson also at one point thought there was only one copy of a tape and it was locked up as well.

The question now is roll with the punch or be all cross about it and make yourself look bad. Just my 2¢, is all.
