News of a downtown San Jose Beard Papa to opening soon (116 Paseo de San Antonio) leads me to to speculate on their long-term sustainability. Last week-end saw many a closed and boarded up Krispy Kreme donut shops and wondered how long 'teh people' will stay fascinated with another limited selection bakeshop.
