nurture your nature

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Safer® brand. All opinions are 100% mine.

Expert and trend-watchers are predicting 2010 will have more people moving away from unnecessary luxury and more toward health and wellness for two main reasons – as the economy shrinks people have less disposable income (or are hesitant to display that they still do) and as the effects of unchecked global climate change and pollution become more evident want to start taking better care of themselves and the planet (as the signs read in Copenhagen, "There is No Planet B".)

As people begin to raise more of their own food, having an Organic Garden is more important and luckily, becoming easier to do so thanks to Safer® brand products. In our front lawn area we have some weeds that insist on moving into the sidewalk area, I suppose in the past the previous owners probably used some toxic chemicals to fight back the invasion but now there are so many better and safer ways to handle the unwanted weeds and pests, important when there are kids and pets in the area as well as many beneficial bugs. There's an extensive library of information and loads of help and advice for new as well as experienced gardeners over at saferbrand.com so if you are raising food or just want flowers and green grass without all the toxic products of the past there's something to learn.
