Free the Tunes You Already Own

Wired is starting a How-To wiki and first out of the gate is the simple, free and easy way to convert that music you already own (you bought your LPs, right?) to play on your iPod, Sansa or Zune for that matter. Another upside: someday that turntable is gonna die and/or you'll need a new stylus. Also, free up some storage space! Take it from me who has moved several boxes of LPs over the years: records are **heavy**.

• Computer with a line in audio jack
• RCA-to-stereo cable
