Word Search

Not even sure how to begin a search for this word but wanted to share
my puzzle. What is the word or term for the top of a (closed) book?
Not the spine, the part (preferably) 90 degrees away but I will settle
for any of the sides that are paper.

I hope it's something more interesting than just 'edges'
