Carly Fiorina has announced that she plans to challenge Barbara Boxer in 2010, but as Jon Carroll points out:

Fiorina may be a candidate, but she ain't a voter. Records show that she voted in just five of the past 18 elections since she registered in Santa Clara County in 2000.
