Bold As Brass

I guess the woman who was asking exiting passengers from the VTA trolley for "a pass they were no longer using" knew that there are no (?) undercover fare inspectors. What amused me was the knowing she should have a pass yet the not feeling any need to buy one when she got on.

Reminds me of the politics of friends of mine. ;)
