Unexpected Loser in AT&T TMo Buyoutt

I was so wrapped up in my own dilemma I hadn't thought to ask who else stands to loose if the proposed  merger of AT&T and T-Mobile USA takes place. Fortunately, others have done the deep analysis. The biggest suprize to me: 

Google. [...] the biggest loser in this could be Google. In T-Mobile, it has a great partner for its Android OS-based devices. Now the company will be beholden to two massive phone companies.
