Just a quick peek at a picture I starred on Flicker: The sample sandwiches at Tavi's birthday party
When your almost-three-year-old tells you he wants a spread of different kinds of peanut butter & jelly sandwiches at his birthday party, where else does one turn for inspiration than the internet? Googling lead me to the menu of a Portland food truck called PBJ's Grilled... most of these recipes are theirs, although we didn't grill the sandwiches. I know where I'M eating the next time we head to Portland....
