Taxes = Bad, Fees = Cost of doing business? In the increasing game of Socialist costs and Capitalist profits, The White House proposed budget calls for a rise in the fees that airline passengers have to pay to cover some of the increase in spending on homeland security.
How is it that we can all band together to pay for this but everything from money for HeadStart to armor for Humvees is, 'too expensive'?
