Printers Want To Be Free

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has ruled against a request made by Lexmark in the case where they tried to use the DMCA to stop companies from selling cheaper ink catridges for their printers, reports Engadget.

The case is expected to go to full trial in December.
