Our Traveling Cow-orkers Have Returned (with food)

I brought back a kilo of hand-made Turkish Delights from Istanbul. They are the quintessential Turkish sweet, somewhat akin to a gumdrop, but without the excessive sugar and artificial flavoring (sorry Carmel, I don't have exact carbohydrate content ;). Disclaimer: some have nuts in them (pistachio, I believe).
