OpenOffice 3 includes Native Version for Mac OS X

This version is only available for Macs with Intel processors but OpenOffice has released version 3 of its famous open-source alternative to Microsoft Office, which now includes a native version for Mac OS X.

The download site is still running very slowly no doubt due to overwhelming demand for the new software. The official download link is here and there are mirrors available, here as well. s For Mac users, the file to download includes MacOSXIntel_AQUA_install in the name.
