MSI's Super-Thin MacBook Air Killer Just $700

Not running OSX natch but I have been discovering that it is not the deal breaker it once was. Not happy to say but Apple needs to watch the low end as much as the high.

MSI, a company best known for its critically-acclaimed line of netbooks, is showing a thin-and-light notebook CES 2009 that goes head to head with Apple's MacBook Air: It's extremely thin, and tapers along the front. It weighs 2.9 pounds. It has a 13-inch widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio) display. It has an extra-large touchpad. Sound familiar?
